I just wanted to send a quick email to express how grateful both Greg and I are for all of your support during the planning stages of our Wedding.

During the past months you have all gone above and beyond what is expected and made yourselves available at often late hours, you have all been extremely professional when dealing with myself and my guests.  I can honestly say, without you all I would be completely insane!!! With the amount of Brides you are all dealing with, it is truly amazing that you still manage to make each of us feel important and a priority.

Mandi assisted us from the beginning of organising our wedding down to the panicked phone calls she received on the day we flew to Fiji. There was no problem I presented to Mandi that she did not solve for me. She assisted in everything from liaising with the coordinator at the Sheraton Fiji to finding me a hairstylist when my own pulled out and she even followed up after our honeymoon to make sure everything went well. Mandi’s knowledge of everything from the legal requirements of a destination wedding to the best way to plan the menu were invaluable to us. Having organised our wedding and holiday from Australia I was worried that things would go wrong on the day but our wedding day was everything we dreamed it would. Our wedding on Castaway Island was like a dream come true. The beauty of the island was just magical, and it was the perfect setting for a tropical, relaxed wedding. The Castaway staff really made all the difference though. We were so well looked after, right from the minute we stepped foot on the sand. They were all so personable and did everything in their power to please us and make our wedding everything we ever imagined. They felt like family by the time we left, it was so sad to say goodbye to everyone.

Standing there saying our vows in the most beautiful setting we could have ever pictured took our breath away. It was almost like we had to pinch ourselves it was just that amazingly stunning. Our guests had the most memorable time and all said it was the best wedding they had ever been to. They too were so well taken care of by the Castaway family. All we could talk about was when we could all go back to holiday there again! The accommodation, the service, the food, the floral arrangements, the choir, the cake, the table decorations, the wedding co-ordinators were all 5 star. We would recommend Castaway Island as a wedding location to anyone thinking of a small, stress free wedding that they will fondly remember for the rest of their lives.

Special mention to Mandi Forrester-Jones at South Pacific Weddings – Mandi recommended the island to us as a location for our wedding. Mandi co-ordinated everything for us, and also for all of our guests – from the travel arrangements to all the wedding details. All we needed to do was get on a plane with the rings and wedding dress! I don’t know what we would have done without her, she was amazing! Thank you so much Mandi, I would highly recommend you to anyone looking to do an island style wedding.

Leigh and I can’t thank you enough for everything that you organised for us to make our wedding the most beautiful day ever. The whole holiday was awesome we loved every minute of it.

The ceremony at Tamanu was absolutely beautiful. When we arrived out there on the Tuesday to meet Gerry we knew then that you had put us onto the most beautiful place in Vanuatu. It started pouring rain on Friday night, scattered showers all day Saturday and most of Sunday morning, then about 1pm it cleared up to be the most perfect weather as Gerry assured me it would. Gerry was absolutely wonderful.

For the reception at La Tentation, well we would recommend it to anyone. Nick was awesome, he is such a nice guy he was extremely helpful anything we wanted he bent over backwards to make sure we had it. He set the whole wedding reception up for us and it looked amazing it was everything we have hoped for and more, the food was great and the service was outstanding and we weren’t the only ones that thought that – nearly every guest at our wedding commented on the great service and staff.

So thanks again for everything you helped us organise the most perfect wedding day that we had dreamed of for years.

We would like to thank you and the team at South Pacific Weddings for this wonderful week in Vanuatu and for the perfect organisation of our wedding. Even the weather was fine on that day.
Also to suggest Sunset Bungalows was perfect. These guys there are great and we hadn’t to care about anything, just enjoying our stay and relax. The food was excellent and the facilities and bungalows were great, too. A big thank you to them as well.

We just wanted to drop you a note to thank you for organizing our trip and wedding arrangements. The wedding went perfectly and Jenny and her fabulous staff are just amazing. Once we understood we were on “Vanuatu time”, there was no need to worry about anything. We had such a fabulous time and cannot thank you and your staff, Jenny and the staff at Sunset Bungalows enough. If everyone only made one trip in their lifetime, it should be to Vanuatu and to Sunset Bungalows!! Thank you so much for everything!

Just wanted to let you know we are home safe and sound and we had the most wonderful time imaginable!! Thank you so much for everything you did for us and everything you organised there is no way I could have done it without your help.

The wedding was perfect, actually the whole holiday was more than perfect!! We could not get over how friendly everybody was and they go completely out of their way to be nice…like Harry for instance, he called Connie to find out where we were having dinner after the wedding just to come down and congratulate us!

We did so many amazing things while we were there from helicopter flights to scuba diving, jungle buggy safaris to jet boating and a completely relaxing all over body massage! And I ate my very first steak in about eight years and it was divine!! (was from the Flaming Bull Steakhouse). The whole thing was simply amazing and our resort and room (and the view) was just unbelievable! We were quite disappointed when it was time to come home and spent hours pouring over the Vila real estate brochures!

Thank you so much again, it was the most magical and memorable two weeks of our lives, so thank you.

This is just a note to say a VERY BIG THANKYOU for your tireless effort, genuine concern, attention to detail and meticulous planning in our Vanuatu wedding. We had the MOST AMAZINGLY WONDERFUL DAY! It was just perfect… the surroundings, the people, the weather, the relaxed feel……everything went so smoothly… just like a well-oiled machine! Stress free!

You are both wonderful co-ordinators of such an adventure… all our friends and relatives were blown away about how we could organise such a thing! And they loved the photos too!. Our mums were particularly happy that we were married in the ‘Chapel’, our friends couldn’t believe I had a real wedding dress (although that was a bit stressful… and there were some interesting things that happened on getting it there… like it going through the X-Ray machine!!!!!), people were amazed with the beauty and that we looked so relaxed and happy!!! All thanks to you guys!!!
